Dear Bryn Mawr Students,
Before Monday at 10:00 p.m., please take five minutes to complete the Start/Stop/Continue survey. Search “Start/Stop/Continue” in your email to find it. You don’t have to answer all the questions —any part helps!
A central focus of my job — and that of the senior leadership team — is supporting and improving your campus experiences. To help us focus on the right areas, we need to be in regular conversation with you about your experiences. What we learn from the survey will inform key projects and priorities. I will share the findings with all of you in April.
Examples of initiatives that have come from student feedback include:
- Partnering with students to create/renovate several student spaces this summer, which will be open at the start of the fall semester. The architects will next be on campus on March 5th and would love to hear from you. The Daily Digest will have more information closer to that date. We are also starting a Comprehensive Campus Plan that will include students in all phases.
- Opening the Testing Center in January and meeting with students concerned about accessibility on campus. We are committed to expanding those conversations with students, as well as with faculty and staff, to make our campus and academic experience more accessible.
- Accelerating the College’s sustainability work and creating a job for our first full-time staff member to lead this work.
