About

The Bi-College News is the official newspaper of Haverford and Bryn Mawr Colleges. It was founded in 1968, when The Haverford News (Haverford College, founded 1909) and The College News (Bryn Mawr College, founded 1914) merged to establish a paper that would compile noteworthy stories from both colleges in one location. To this day, The Bi-College News continues to be the only on-campus publication to cover news, arts, sports, opinions and public interest events in both the Haverford and Bryn Mawr communities.

Each semester, we produce and distribute print editions of the paper across both campuses. We also publish all of our articles online to ensure continued accessibility to our content for future generations of Bi-College News readers and writers. In addition to publishing articles online and in print, we retain physical copies of all of our past editions in our newsroom, which recently completed a remodel. These editions are also available through the colleges’ libraries. We are currently in the process of digitizing all past articles published by the newspaper as standard web page entries. If you are interested in accessing articles from past editions, please contact us or your college’s library archival services.
