Bi-Co community members gathered in Philadelphia on Saturday, June 14 to participate in the second of a series of nationwide protests since Donald Trump’s inauguration. Monikered the “No Kings Protest,” the event took place on the same day as a government-funded parade celebrating the 250th anniversary of the U.S. Army. The protest, and parade, also coincided with Trump’s birthday.
Philadelphia protestors marched from Love Park to the Art Museum, before gathering in front of the famous steps to listen to speakers. A series of photos taken by Managing Editor Nomah Elliot follows below.
